RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURNS
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Items must be returned in original packaging

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
• Gift cards (if applicable)

RETURN SHIPPING
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service

REFUNDS
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
